Leveraging the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the Center is based in Shenzhen and provides global buyers with cutting-edge smart agricultural technology products, customized solutions, and professional, compliant import/export services, dedicated to leading and advancing the modernization and future transformation of global agriculture.
The Center integrates a complete service chain—from technology showcases and solution integration at its physical pavilion, to one-stop international supply chain services, international exhibitions, and high-level business matchmaking—facilitating efficient synergy within regional industry chains and building a new ecosystem for open, integrated, and sustainable global agricultural trade.

In September 2023, with the joint endorsement of leading governmental bodies—including the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangdong Province, the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation and Yantian District People's Government of Shenzhen—the RCEP ATCC was officially inaugurated, taking on the critical role of advancing regional agricultural cooperation and integration.
