SHENZHEN, China — On Dec 4, a high-leveldelegation from the Shenzhen Institute of Modern Agricultural Equipment,accompanied by representatives from key partner enterprises, visited the RCEPAgricultural Trade Cooperation Center (RCEP-ATCC). The visit marked asignificant step forward in deepening pragmatic cooperation aimed ataccelerating the export of Chinese agricultural machinery to the RCEP region.

Following the tour, a strategic discussion was held. Ms.Xu Jingfen, President of the Center, and Mr. Dylan Hsu, Directorof the International Affairs and Business Department of RCEP-ATCC, outlined theCenter’s core advantages. They detailed how the Center leverages RCEP tradepolicies to facilitate resource matchmaking and presented the Center’s roadmapfor the coming year.
Mr. Xiong Zheng, Vice Dean of the Shenzhen Institute of Modern Agricultural Equipment, responded with a forward-looking strategydesignated as "Precision Export." He emphasized thatdifferent RCEP member nations have distinct agronomic conditions and machineryneeds."Our approach must shift from generic exports to targeted, adaptivesolutions," Mr. Xiong noted. He highlighted the need to customizemachinery to fit specific regional markets in Southeast Asia.
Enterprise representatives in the delegation also shared their experiencesin deep-diving into niche markets, offering pragmatic suggestions on pilotpromotion schemes and regional adaptability optimization.
